Customer Service

 

The first level is a two day course that is aimed at employees who have recently joined your company/business or would like to refresh their knowledge and skills.

This will involve: 

  • A pre-visit to your company/business where an initial assessment will be made.

  • A one to one feedback session.

  • A 2 day training course, in house non accredited. 

Level 2 Diploma

Ideal for staff new to a customer facing role, or with limited customer service experience, who require a qualification which shows they can take on responsibilities and carry out duties such as, dealing with calls from customers and resolving problems.

Level 3 Diploma

For staff who have significant experience of working in a customer service occupation, and who require a qualification that recognises the skills that they consistently demonstrate in their job role.  These skills could include, e.g. resolving customer complaints, analysing customer feedback and managing a team’s performance.

Business Administration

Level 2 Diploma

Ideal for staff new to an administration role, or with limited administrative experience, who require a qualification which shows they can take on responsibilities and carry out duties such as managing diary systems, preparing notes for meetings and dealing with clients competently.

Level 3 Diploma

For staff who have significant experience of working as an administrator and require a qualification that recognises the skills they consistently demonstrate in their job role.  These skills could include, e.g. managing an office facility and a team’s performance and the use of advanced IT programmes.
